Job Description

We’re Hiring: GDS Ticketing & Sales Executive – B2B (Gurugram, Onsite)

Are you a people-person who loves the world of travel? Do you have strong GDS expertise and a knack for building great client relationships? If yes, this role is for you!

What You’ll Do:

Issue, reissue, cancel & refund tickets via Amadeus / Sabre / Galileo
Handle fare rules, PNRs, revalidations & post-ticketing support
Build & maintain strong B2B relationships (OTAs, Travel Agencies)
Drive new partnerships & support existing clients
Coordinate with internal teams for seamless operations

What We’re Looking For:

Hands-on experience with GDS (Amadeus / Sabre / Travelport)
Ticketing, reservations & sales experience
Excellent communication in English
Strong customer service & relationship management skills
Bachelor’s degree in Travel/Tourism/Business preferred
