Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional to manage gaming dashboards, handle Telegram prediction channels, and execute WhatsApp bulk marketing activities. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing real-time data, engaging users across digital platforms, and ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance in all activities.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Gaming Dashboard Management
Manage and monitor gaming dashboards on a daily basis.
Track live game data, results, odds, and user activities.
Ensure accurate and timely updates on the dashboard.
Identify system or data issues and coordinate with the technical team.
Maintain daily records, logs, and performance reports.
2. Telegram Channel Management & Predictions
Create and post game predictions and updates on Telegram channels/groups.
Maintain consistency in posting time, format, and content quality.
Monitor user engagement and respond to basic queries professionally.
Track channel growth, engagement metrics, and performance.
Follow company-approved prediction strategies and compliance guidelines.
3. WhatsApp Bulk Marketing
Execute WhatsApp bulk messaging campaigns for promotions and updates.
Manage contact lists, broadcast groups, and message schedules.
Ensure compliance with WhatsApp policies and company marketing standards.
Track message delivery, response rates, and campaign effectiveness.
4. User Engagement & Support*
Address basic user queries related to predictions, dashboards, or campaigns.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
Maintain a professional and positive communication tone with users.
5. Reporting & Documentation*
Prepare daily and weekly performance reports.
Maintain confidentiality of user data, dashboard credentials, and company strategies.
Analyze trends and suggest improvements to enhance engagement and results.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience in gaming dashboard or admin panel management.
Hands-on experience with Telegram prediction channels.
Knowledge of WhatsApp bulk marketing tools/software.
Good communication and user-handling skills.
Basic proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Ability to handle time-sensitive tasks with accuracy.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
Experience in gaming, fantasy sports, or prediction-based platforms.
Understanding of digital marketing and user engagement strategies.
Familiarity with CRM or analytics tools.
