Job Description

Create and implement a comprehensive strategy to increase the Power of One Contributions and employee engagement towards My Scholar initiative Design innovative campaigns that help bring out the impact of the initiative to the employees who fund and power the program Understand volunteering needs of NGO partners, capacity building of their HR, and create new volunteering opportunities. Develop detailed volunteering stories & updates, and other communication material such as case studies, social media posts highlighting the journey and success of the scholars. Create a rich pool of photographic evidences to capture the transformative impact of volunteering, and scholarships. Measure the outputs and outcomes of the scholarship on the career growth and trajectory of the scholars. Suggest and introduce strategies to add further value to My Scholar initiative, employee engagement, and other beneficiaries. Showcase HCLFoundation initiatives, plan & manage customer engagement, facilitate long term project support through volunteering and funding strategies. Representing HCL during client visits and presentations and organizing field visits of the mapped business accounts Develop employee recognition strategies for people contributing towards the My Scholar initiative & volunteering including evaluation and recommendations for rewards and recognitions Ensure Child Protection measures during all workshops, meetings, activities. Ensuring good participation of HCL volunteers in weekend volunteering activities and coordinating the same along with partners Work with vendors and internal teams to facilitate day to day work of HCL Foundation. Support HCLFoundation Project Teams in overall assessment of ongoing projects and day to day admin requirements. Support HCLFoundation Project Teams in on ground project implementation, events wherever required. Responsibilities also include, but are not limited to, supporting other HCLFoundation projects, developing and implementing policies and procedures, carrying out the objectives of the department, as well as providing recommendations on new programs. Qualifications and Skills: Masters in Social Work, Education, Social Sciences or allied areas Experience in program management, volunteer engagement, networking Excellent verbal communication, content writing, & presentation skills Attributes: Excellent track record of having worked in the development sector especially in the area of education and scholarship management, higher education, career guidance and counselling with 2-5 years of experience in a program management role with a good understanding of partner and budget management.
