Job Role:

Key Responsibilities

• Perform System Testing, Regression Testing, and UAT Support for Loan Origination Systems (LOS).
• Deep expertise in Empower LOS setups, Workflow, Orchestration Engine, and ODS database.
• Execute end-to-end testing of Empower Integrations with third-party systems such as DataVerify, CMS (Appraisals), PXP-OFAC (Fraud Service), RealEC, Document Repository, and AIVA rules.
• Design, develop, and execute Test Strategies, Test Plans, Test Cases, Test Data, and manage defects through JIRA, Azure DevOps, Quality Centre, or Version One.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to demo fixes, enhancements, and new features.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide functional testing support.
• Testing expertise in one or more modules: Pricing, Document Management, Product Testing.
• Strong understanding of Loan Origination lifecycle and mortgage domain workflows.
