What Youll Do

• Understand business and functional requirements for various payment products (Cards, UPI, NEFT/RTGS, SWIFT, etc.).
• Design, document, and execute functional test cases across multiple payment flows.
• Perform end-to-end testing of payment systems, including integration with upstream/downstream systems.
• Log defects clearly, track them to closure, and ensure product quality in every release.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution.
• Participate in requirement walkthroughs and help refine acceptance criteria.

What Were Looking For

• Experience:

  [3–7 years] in functional/manual testing, preferably in

  Payments

• Strong understanding of payment processing, settlement, and reconciliation flows.
• Hands-on experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, ALM, Zephyr).
• Basic knowledge of SQL for data validation.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong eye for detail.

Nice to Have

• Experience with automation tools (Selenium, Postman, etc.)
• Exposure to ISO 8583, ISO 20022, or API-based payment systems.
• ISTQB or domain certification in payments
