Functional Tester

The Functional Tester for ERP Implementation will be responsible for validating ERP modules, ensuring that business processes are correctly mapped, configured, and functioning as expected. The role involves requirement analysis, test planning, execution, documentation, and working closely with ERP consultants, developers, and end-users to ensure successful module rollout.

Key Responsibilities-

• Create Test Plans, Test Scenarios, Test Cases, and UAT scripts specific to ERP modules.
• Conduct Functional Testing, Integration Testing, Regression Testing, Module Testing, and End-to-End Process Testing.
• Validate configuration settings and master data setups.
• Test role-based access, user permissions, and data flow across modules.
• Identify gaps, defects, and deviations from expected results.
• Log defects in tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or internal ERP trackers.
• Work closely with ERP functional consultants and technical teams to reproduce, analyze, and resolve issues.
• Re-test after fixes and ensure closure through proper validation.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Mcom , MBA, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in functional/manual testing (freshers can be considered for junior roles).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
