Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Functional Lead with 8 to 12 years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Approval Workflow Core HR Security Fast Formula and Absence Management and Talent Management. A background in Finance & Accounting is advantageous. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can contribute to our companys success and societal impact.
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and optimization of Oracle Cloud HCM modules ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of approval workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
- Provide expertise in Core HR processes ensuring data integrity and compliance with organizational policies.
- Manage Oracle Cloud HCM security settings to protect sensitive information and maintain system integrity.
- Develop and maintain Fast Formulas to automate and streamline HR processes.
- Implement and manage Absence Management solutions to support workforce planning and employee satisfaction.
- Talent Management support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align HR systems with business objectives and improve overall performance.
- Analyze and resolve complex technical issues providing timely solutions to minimize disruptions.
- Conduct training sessions for HR staff to enhance their understanding and use of Oracle Cloud HCM tools.
- Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements to improve user experience and efficiency.
- Document system configurations and changes to maintain a comprehensive knowledge base.
- Support finance and accounting teams by maintaining open invoices and applying cash to invoices when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all HR and financial processes.
Qualifications

- Possess strong technical skills in Oracle Cloud HCM including Approval Workflow Core HR Security Fast Formula and Absence Management.
- Demonstrate experience in maintaining open invoices and applying cash to invoices with a solid understanding of finance and accounting principles.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing system issues.
- Show proficiency in collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Display strong communication skills capable of conducting effective training sessions for HR staff.
- Have a keen eye for detail ensuring data integrity and compliance with organizational policies.
