Job Description

As a Functional Lead with 8 to 12 years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM, your role will involve leading the implementation and optimization of Oracle Cloud HCM modules to ensure seamless integration and functionality. You will be responsible for overseeing the development and maintenance of approval workflows, managing Core HR processes, and ensuring data integrity and compliance with organizational policies. Additionally, you will develop and maintain Fast Formulas, manage Oracle Cloud HCM security settings, and implement Absence Management solutions to support workforce planning and employee satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the implementation and optimization of Oracle Cloud HCM modules - Oversee the development and maintenance of approval workflows - Manage Core HR processes and ensure data integrity and compliance - Develop and maintain Fast Formulas to automate HR processes - Implement and manage Absence Management solutions - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align HR systems with business objectives - Analyze and resolve complex technical issues - Conduct training sessions for HR staff - Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements - Document system configurations and changes - Support finance and accounting teams Qualifications: - Strong technical skills in Oracle Cloud HCM - Experience in finance and accounting principles - Problem-solving abilities and proactive approach - Proficiency in collaborating with cross-functional teams - Excellent communication skills - Attention to detail for data integrity and compliance Certifications Required: Oracle Cloud HCM Certification (Note: Additional details about the company were not provided in the job description),
