Functional Consultant - Business Central

As a Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant Business Central, your role will involve: - Implementing Business Central throughout the full project life cycle. - Gathering, preparing, and importing data into Business Central. - Configuring Business Central to meet customer requirements. - Conducting training (UAT Sessions) for clients when necessary. - Providing technical advice for the sales team and being involved in pre-sales activities when required as a technical expert. - Undertaking presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients. - Supporting customers when needed. - Collaborating with cross-functional and technology projects, aligning and sharing where appropriate. - Demonstrating a fundamental grasp of how Business Central and other technologies can be used to drive delivery. - Applying strong problem-solving skills and being willing to roll up your sleeves to get the job done. - Effectively working in a cross-functional team environment, including business and product development, supply chain and procurement processes, and execution dependencies. - Influencing successful product/solution vision/roadmap and plan execution. - Dealing with end-to-end Business Central implementations. - Delivering high-quality technology services in a very high-growth environment where priorities shift rapidly. Qualifications Required: - Strong financial knowledge. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with expertise in communicating with teams across geographies. - Ability to think out of the box and thrive in a fast-paced, always-on, ambiguous startup environment. - Bachelors or masters degree (B.com / M.com / MBA in Finance). - 3+ years of experience in a Dynamics NAV/Business Central consultancy role. - Demonstrated good judgment and professional advice to clients. - Capable of working with stakeholders to deliver key and informative reporting.
