Role Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Functional Consultant – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing, configuring, and supporting Business Central (BC) solutions, and a solid understanding of business processes across finance, supply chain, inventory, and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Configure and implement Dynamics 365 Business Central modules, including Finance, SCM, Sales, and Warehousing.
• Conduct GAP analysis and suggest customized solutions for client needs.
• Coordinate with technical consultants/developers for customizations and integrations.
• Conduct functional testing, UAT, and end-user training.
• Support go-live activities and post-implementation support.
• Prepare detailed documentation, including FSDs and training manuals.
• Work closely with project managers and clients to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance, or related field.
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in MS Dynamics NAV/365 Business Central implementations.
• Strong understanding of ERP business processes, especially in finance, supply chain, and inventory.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Functional knowledge of Power BI and MS Power Platform is a plus.
• Microsoft certifications in Business Central (preferred but not mandatory).
