Job Description

We’re hiring a Full Stack Laravel Developer with strong backend fundamentals and modern frontend skills to build secure, scalable, API-driven web applications.

Responsibilities

Design normalized database schemas (MySQL/PostgreSQL), create migrations, seeders, and efficient indexes.
Build RESTful APIs in Laravel (controllers, form requests, resources, policies).
Implement auth & RBAC (Sanctum/JWT, Gates/Policies); session/token hygiene.
Integrate payment gateways (Razorpay/Stripe/PayU): order → capture → refund, webhook signature verification, idempotency.
Use Redis for caching, rate-limits, queues (Horizon/Supervisor), and background jobs.
Implement state machines & event-driven workflows (order/payment lifecycles, notifications).
File pipeline: S3 signed URLs, validation, virus-scan hook, metadata.
Frontend: build responsive SPAs using Vue 3 (Pinia) or React 18 (Redux/RTK) with TailwindCSS.
Implement API clients, error boundaries, guarded routes, and mobile-first UI components.
Real-time features with WebSockets (Pusher/Soketi): typing, read receipts, presence.
Write tests (PHPUnit/Jest/Cypress), maintain CI/CD (GitHub Actions); code reviews & PR hygiene.
Security: CSRF/XSS/SQLi protections, validation, logging/audits, basic OWASP practices.
Performance: N+1 elimination, query tuning, HTTP caching, Lighthouse targets for FE.

Must-Have Skills

Laravel 10/11, PHP 8.1+ | MySQL/PostgreSQL | Eloquent | Redis (cache/queues)
Vue.js or React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, TailwindCSS
REST API design, authentication/authorization
Payment gateway integration & webhook handling
Git, GitHub/GitLab, basic Docker; environment configs (.env), staging/prod

Nice-to-Have

Filament/Nova, Livewire/Inertia
SOKeti/Laravel WebSockets, Socket.IO
OpenAPI/Swagger, Postman/Insomnia mock servers
AWS/DO (EC2, S3, RDS), Nginx/PHP-FPM tuning
Elasticsearch/Meilisearch, basic Terraform
Monitoring: Sentry/Bugsnag, Log aggregation
