Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Telecaller for a fast-growing SaaS healthcare product — someone with strong experience in outbound calling, B2B lead engagement, and demo scheduling.

Candidates with prior experience in healthcare product sales, health-tech, or hospital management software will be preferred, as this role involves communication with doctors, clinics, and healthcare administrators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate cold calls to prospective business clients, primarily decision-makers, and confidently introduce the SaaS product.
  • Understand client pain points and pitch the product benefits clearly and persuasively.
  • Qualify leads and schedule high-conversion product demos for the internal sales/product team.
  • Maintain regular communication with leads via phone, email, and WhatsApp to ensure consistent engagement.
  • Accurately record all lead activities, call outcomes, and status updates in the CRM.
  • Meet and exceed weekly/monthly KPIs related to cold calls, demos scheduled, and follow-ups.
  • Contribute feedback to improve outreach scripts and engagement strategies.
  • Assist junior callers when needed and help optimize team performance.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in telecalling, cold calling, inside sales, or lead generation — preferably in SaaS or IT services.
  • Proven experience in B2B cold calling and managing target-based roles.
  • Fluent in English and Hindi; regional language skills are a bonus.
  • Excellent communication, objection-handling, and persuasion skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot) and Google Workspace.
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid model — remote work with occasional office visits for training, meetings, or reviews.
  • A self-driven, disciplined, and result-oriented professional mindset.

Sales Background:

Our client specializes in B2B cloud-based software solutions that enhance operational efficiency in the healthcare sector. Their sales strategy includes:

  • Outbound-driven engagement (especially cold calling)
  • Consultative, need-based selling during demo discussions
  • Long-term customer relationship building and retention

Candidates with experience in SaaS tools, CRM software, productivity platforms, or tech-based healthcare solutions are strongly preferred. The sales cycle often begins with a cold call, so confidence in initiating conversations and booking qualified demos is essential.
