Job Description

We're looking for an enthusiastic and goal-driven Tele caller to engage leads, pitch our SaaS products, and schedule product demos. This is a hybrid role — you’ll primarily work from home, with occasional visits to the office for training, meetings, or reviews. Key Responsibilities: Call potential leads to introduce and promote our SaaS product. Understand customer needs and align product benefits accordingly. Schedule demo calls for the product team. Follow up with leads via call, email, and WhatsApp. Update CRM with all lead activity and call notes. Achieve weekly and monthly call/demo targets. ✅ Requirements: 1–3 years of telecalling, inside sales, or B2B calling experience (preferably in SaaS or IT services). Fluent in English and Hindi (any regional language is a plus). Excellent communication and persuasive skills. Tech-savvy and eager to learn new software.
