But do read till the end, carefully. --------- We’re looking for a hands-on, performance-driven Full Stack Growth Marketer who thrives on experimentation and can lead growth across multiple channels. This isn’t your average growth role, you'll be working directly on a series of fast-paced, experimental product launches and supporting growth for our service business when needed. You must bring deep expertise in performance marketing , while also being a generalist hacker at heart - someone who’s not afraid to test scrappy ideas, break things, and optimize fast. What traits: Extreme sense of ownership and accountability Actions, not words: Demonstrable portfolio of results Speed over perfection Data over intuition Want to build something of your own someday What You’ll Be Doing Run rapid experiments for MVPs and early products, validating what works and doubling down fast. Own end-to-end performance marketing — setup, optimization, and scaling across Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc. for multiple experiments Build, manage & optimize paid campaigns with creative angles, sharp copy, and compelling visuals. Launch and scale new growth experiments across organic, referral, product-led, and offline channels, not just paid. Handle attribution, tracking & analytics using GTM, GA4, Meta Pixel, and other platform pixels. Create and iterate on ad creatives and copy that actually convert — you should love writing ads. Analyze funnels, cohorts, CAC, LTV, ROAS and keep a tight feedback loop between performance and product. Support growth campaigns for the service arm of the business when needed. Report performance, learnings, and next steps with clarity and insight, not fluff. What skills/experience 3+ years of total experience, with at least 70% in performance marketing or paid media roles. Proven ability to scale campaigns profitably across multiple platforms. Deep understanding of GTM, GA4, pixels, events, and attribution models. Data-obsessed and analytically strong — you back decisions with numbers. Experience with CRM automation Strong copywriting skills and creative chops — you can write ads and brainstorm angles on your own. Hands-on, resourceful, and proactive — you’re not just a planner, you’re an executor. Proven history of running experiments outside paid channels — growth hacks, SEO, partnerships, virality, etc. Comfortable with a fast-paced, zero-handholding, experiment-heavy environment.
