Job Description

Role Overview:

We are looking for a talented and driven Full-Stack Developer to join our in-house tech team. You will work across the front-end and back-end of our digital platforms—including internal dashboards, member apps, and automation tools—helping shape the technology that powers WTF Gyms.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and internal tools
Collaborate with product, design, and operations teams to build end-to-end features
Write clean, maintainable code across the full stack (frontend and backend)
Integrate third-party APIs (WhatsApp, Blend, Meta Ads, CRM, Payment Gateways)
Optimize application performance, reliability, and security
Conduct testing, debugging, and deployment across various environments
Participate in code reviews and contribute to the team’s technical best practices

Tech Stack We Use:

Frontend:
React.js / Next.js, Flutter (for mobile apps)
Backend:
Node.js, Express.js
Database:
MongoDB, MySQL
Tools & Platforms:
GitHub, Firebase, Google Cloud / AWS, Make.com, Webhooks, REST APIs

Requirements:

2–4 years of full-stack development experience
Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frameworks (React, Next.js)
Backend experience with Node.js and building RESTful APIs
Experience with databases and cloud-based deployment
Familiarity with DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Nice to Have:

Experience with automation tools (e.g., Make.com, Zapier)
Basic understanding of AI/ML integrations or prompt engineering
Exposure to CRM platforms or gym/fitness industry workflows
