About the Role:

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain robust, secure, and scalable web applications using PHP (Laravel) on the backend.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into technical solutions.
• Develop intuitive, responsive UI components using modern JavaScript frameworks like Vue.js, React, or Angular.
• Design and integrate RESTful APIs and ensure smooth data flow across the system.
• Optimize performance across backend and frontend layers.
• Ensure consistent code quality, documentation, and version control practices.
• Stay current with emerging web technologies, tools, and trends.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).
• 5+ years of full stack development experience.
• Strong command over PHP and Laravel framework.
• Solid understanding of frontend development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and hands-on experience with at least one modern JS framework (Vue.js preferred).
• Proficient in working with MySQL and MongoDB databases.
• Familiar with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and agile development practices.
• Understanding of hosting environments, deployment, and performance monitoring tools.
• Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach and attention to detail.
