Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management & Delivery

• Plan, execute, and optimize ad campaigns across Google and Meta platforms.
• Manage spends of ₹20 lakh+ while ensuring strong ROI.
• Monitor performance and adjust strategies for maximum efficiency.

Growth & Strategy

• Scale customer acquisition and retention through targeted campaigns.
• Experiment with creatives, formats, and audience strategies to unlock growth.
• Align campaigns with business priorities, seasonal pushes, and product launches.

Collaboration & Reporting

• Partner with design, product, and business teams for cohesive campaigns.
• Deliver performance reports with insights and improvement plans.
• Keep up with emerging trends, tools, and competitor strategies.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Prior e-commerce experience is mandatory.

• Preferred:

  Candidates from Nykaa, Myntra, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto (or similar brands).
• Experience managing large-scale budgets (₹20 lakh+).
• Analytical thinker with a growth-driven mindset.
