Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack applications to support real-time gaming features, payments, user interactions, and dynamic content. Build and optimize responsive, high-performance user interfaces using modern frontend frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular. Design and manage efficient relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Redis) databases to support low-latency, high-throughput operations. Architect distributed systems capable of supporting millions of concurrent users with a focus on fault tolerance and performance. Implement secure and reliable payment gateway integrations (e.g., Razorpay, Juspay) to enable deposits, withdrawals, and in-app purchases. Develop core modules for game logic, matchmaking, leaderboards, and real-time scoring, across both frontend and backend layers. Ensure secure user authentication and session management using protocols like OAuth and JWT, and maintain compliance with data privacy regulations. Build and deploy microservices using frameworks like Nodejs, Reactjs, Spring Boot, Express.js, or Django, and integrate them with frontend applications through RESTful APIs or GraphQL. Monitor application and infrastructure performance using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or New Relic, and continuously improve scalability and cost efficiency. Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, DevOps, and QA to deliver seamless end-to-end features and superior user experiences. Write clean, testable, and maintainable code across the stack. Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.3–5 years of professional experience with a strong foundation in backend development using Node.js, complemented by hands-on experience in frontend technologies (e.g., React).Proven expertise in designing and developing RESTful APIs using frameworks like Express.js, Spring Boot, or Flask, and integrating them with modern frontend applications.Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP, and containerization/orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes, as well as building and managing CI/CD pipelines.Solid understanding of real-time systems using technologies like WebSockets, Socket.IO, or gRPC for responsive user experiences.Familiarity with event-driven architecture and experience using Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar message brokers for scalable, asynchronous communication.Ability to work across the stack to build end-to-end solutions, with a focus on performance, scalability, and user experience.
