About the Role: We’re looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our fantasy gaming team. In this role, you will support the end-to-end execution of our fantasy sports product by working closely with product managers, developers, designers, and marketing teams. You will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and track project tasks, timelines, and deliverables across cross-functional teams. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure clarity on project status, risks, and changes. Maintain project documentation, schedules, and reports. Support sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and review meetings. Help identify process bottlenecks and propose improvements. Assist in testing product features and ensuring they meet requirements. Requirements: 2–3 years of experience as a Project Coordinator, preferably in tech, gaming, or digital product environments. Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana). Strong communication and organizational skills. Basic understanding of agile methodologies. Passion for fantasy sports, gaming, or mobile apps is a plus. Why Join Us?
