About the Role

As Full Stack Developer at Neoflow, you will build and maintain the platform that enables our multi-jurisdictional operations across traditional finance and digital assets. Working alongside an experienced team, you'll develop features at the intersection of banking, payments, and crypto that maintain the highest standards while enabling our continued expansion.

What You'll Do:

Build Product Infrastructure

- Design and develop features for multi-currency banking, payments, and crypto services

- Build scalable systems that work across multiple jurisdictions and regulatory frameworks

- Write clean, maintainable code that handles complex financial operations and high transaction volumes

Develop Core Platform Features

- Build APIs and integrations with payment schemes and blockchain infrastructure

- Develop user interfaces for client dashboards, transaction management, and account operations

- Work on both frontend and backend systems to deliver complete features from database to user interface

Ensure Platform Quality

- Write tests and conduct code reviews to maintain high code quality standards

- Debug and resolve technical issues across the stack

- Monitor application performance and optimize for speed and reliability

Collaborate Across Teams

- Work with Product, Design, and Operations teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions

- Participate in technical planning and architecture discussions

- Share knowledge and contribute to building engineering best practices

Who You Are:

Engineering Experience - 3-5 years as a full-stack developer with experience building web applications

Technical Skills - Strong proficiency in modern web technologies (React, Node.js, Python, or similar frameworks); experience with databases, APIs, and cloud infrastructure

Problem Solver - You understand how to break down complex problems, write clean code, and deliver working solutions

Detail-Oriented - You write tests, handle edge cases, and think through the implications of your code

Strong Communicator - Good English communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly

Collaborative Team Player - Experience working with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, and Operations

Bonus: Experience with fintech, payments, or financial services applications; familiarity with APIs, payment processing, or crypto/blockchain technologies; experience with regulatory compliance requirements in code
