About the Role
As a Customer Success Associate at Neoflow, you will support our clients through onboarding, account management, and ongoing relationship building. Working alongside an experienced team, you'll help businesses navigate multi-currency banking, payments, and digital asset services while ensuring they get maximum value from our products.
What You'll Do:
Support Client Operations
- Guide new clients through onboarding and platform setup across banking, payments, and crypto services
- Respond to client inquiries about account functionality, transactions, and platform features
- Work with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure a smooth client experience across multiple currencies and jurisdictions
Drive Client Success
- Monitor client activity and proactively identify opportunities to help them use our platform more effectively
- Partner with Sales, Product, and Operations teams to understand client needs and improve service delivery
Improve Client Experience
- Gather client feedback on platform features, pain points, and desired improvements
- Create and maintain support documentation that helps clients understand complex banking and payment features
- Track support metrics and identify patterns to improve our service quality
Scale Support Operations
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and issues in our CRM
- Contribute to building processes and resources that help us serve clients efficiently as we grow
Who You Are:
Customer Support Experience - 1-3 years in customer success, account management, or client support, ideally in fintech, SaaS/Tech or financial services
Problem Solver - You understand how to troubleshoot issues, communicate solutions clearly, and know when to escalate complex problems
Detail-Oriented - Methodical and organised with excellent follow-through on client requests and issues
Strong Communicator - Excellent written and verbal English with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to clients clearly
Bonus: Experience with banking platforms, payment systems, or crypto/digital asset products; familiarity with multi-currency operations or working with international clients
