Role Description As a Full Stack Engineer (founding member) at Dulacare, you'll build the technology layer of India's preventive healthcare platform. You'll work across the entire stack designing scalable systems, building intuitive interfaces, integrating health data, and ensuring HIPAA-compliant security. You'll have meaningful autonomy, work directly with product and clinical teams, and build features used by hundreds of thousands of Indians optimizing their health. We are looking for a Full-Stack Engineer who can own the development of our core dashboard: Member portal Clinician dashboard Admin/Operations dashboard Appointment, EMR, nutrition & care workflows MVP mobile app or web app Integrations (WhatsApp, telehealth, wearables, labs) You will collaborate closely with the founders, care team, and product to ship production-ready features quickly. Technical Skillset Must Have: 2-5 years of full-stack web development React Native or mobile app experience Dashboard building experience Strong JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js SQL and NoSQL database design and optimization REST API design and implementation Git and version control Familiarity with AWS or cloud platforms Good to Have: GraphQL and real-time data handling Docker and containerization Healthcare data standards (FHIR, HL7) HIPAA-compliant system design AI/ML integration experience For more info: https://dulacare.notion.site/Full-Stack-Engineer-2bdeae7f29038061b1d5e9cc21c1cffd
