Full Stack Engineer

We are seeking a Tech & Digital Systems Coordinator to oversee the technical operations of our e-commerce platforms and digital ecosystem. In this role, you will act as the key liaison between our brand teams and external software agencies, ensuring that all technical implementations align with the design, quality, and luxury standards of our jewelry brand. You will also drive initiatives related to AI integration, automation, and technical SEO to enhance site performance and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with external development partners to manage updates, enhancements, and integrations across our e-commerce website and digital tools

• Ensure that all implemented features reflect brand aesthetics, functionality requirements, and high-quality user experience

• Oversee AI and automation initiatives, including workflow automation, product data optimization, and enhanced customer engagement tools

• Manage technical SEO efforts to improve site speed, search visibility, and overall performance

• Work with marketing and design teams to support digital campaigns and ensure seamless technical execution

• Monitor site reliability, troubleshoot issues, and maintain smooth daily operations in partnership with third-party developers

• Review code quality and deployment processes delivered by external teams to ensure security, scalability, and best practices

• Coordinate integrations with payment gateways, CRM systems, product catalogs, inventory tools, and analytics platforms

Required Skills & Qualification

• Familiarity with e-commerce ecosystems such as Shopify, Woo Commerce, Magento, or custom platforms

• Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript

• Strong attention to detail with an appreciation for premium, design-driven digital experiences

• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical teams and creative/marketing partners
