We’re seeking a highly skilled Full-Stack Developer with deep expertise in the MERN stack, hands-on experience in Spring Boot and Next.js, and practical knowledge of real-time communication technologies like Agora or Twilio.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable, end-to-end applications using the MERN stack and Next.js.

• Design and implement robust backend services and APIs using Spring Boot (Java).

• Build real-time features like chat, voice, and video calls using Agora, Twilio, or WebRTC.

• Manage both frontend (Next.js/React) and backend (Node.js/Spring Boot) integrations efficiently.

• Work with MongoDB/PostgreSQL for data modeling, optimization, and transactions.

• Implement authentication, authorization, and security using JWT/OAuth2 and Spring Security.

• Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, notifications, and cloud media storage (AWS S3, Firebase).

• Optimize performance for web and backend systems (caching, lazy loading, indexing).

• Follow Agile methodologies, participate in sprint planning, and perform code reviews.

• Write clean, reusable, and testable code (unit/integration tests) and maintain proper documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven experience in MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) development.

• Hands-on expertise in Spring Boot (Java) for backend microservices and APIs.

• Strong proficiency in Next.js (SSR, SSG, routing, API routes, caching, and performance optimization).

• Experience implementing real-time communication using Agora, Twilio, or WebRTC.

• Strong understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, and ES6+.

• Knowledge of Redux/Context API for state management and component architecture.

• Familiarity with AWS/Firebase, RESTful APIs, and modern DevOps practices (CI/CD).

• Proficiency in Git and collaborative workflows.

• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience in React Native for cross-platform mobile applications.

• Familiarity with GraphQL, Socket.io, Redis, or Docker.

• Experience deploying and managing apps on AWS (EC2, S3, CloudFront, RDS) or Firebase.

• Exposure to microservices architecture and performance monitoring tools (Sentry, Datadog, CloudWatch).
