Full Stack Engineer

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Full Stack Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in building scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices, and React.js on the frontend. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy end-to-end solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack web applications using Java (Spring Boot) and React.js.

• Build and consume RESTful APIs and integrate backend services with modern UI frameworks.

• Develop microservices-based architecture with focus on scalability and maintainability.

• Implement secure, optimized, and clean code following best practices and coding standards.

• Work with relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL/MongoDB).

• Create reusable React components, custom hooks, and integrate state management (Redux/Context API).

• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and Agile/Scrum ceremonies.

• Collaborate with DevOps teams for CI/CD pipelines (Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes is a plus).

• Troubleshoot production issues and improve application performance.

• Document technical designs, architecture diagrams, and implementation details.

Required Skills & Experience

Backend (Java)

• Strong experience with Java 8/11+, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, Hibernate.

• Experience building REST APIs, asynchronous processing, and microservices.

• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming and design patterns.

• Experience with JWT/OAuth2 security, API gateways, versioning, and exception handling.

Frontend (React)

• 3+ years of experience with React.js, JavaScript/ES6+, HTML5, CSS3.

• Strong expertise in React Hooks, Redux/Context API, Routing, Form handling.

• Experience integrating REST APIs and working with Axios/Fetch.

• Familiarity with UI frameworks (Material UI, Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap) is an advantage.

Database

• Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.

• Knowledge of writing optimized queries, stored procedures, and schema design.

DevOps & Tools

• Git/GitHub/GitLab for version control.

• CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitHub Actions).

• Experience with Docker; Kubernetes knowledge is a plus.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) preferred.
