Systems Engineer (2–3 Years Experience)

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive Systems Engineer

What You’ll Do

Assist in gathering and analyzing
system requirements
.
Support
system design
, architecture planning, and documentation.
Perform
system integration, testing, and validation
.
Monitor system performance and drive
improvements/optimizations
.
Troubleshoot and resolve
system-level issues
.
Collaborate with software, hardware, and IT teams to maintain seamless system operations.
Maintain system documentation, diagrams, and configuration baselines.
Support new system deployments and upgrades.
Ensure compliance with organizational and security standards.

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in
systems engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering
, or similar.
2–3 years
of hands-on systems engineering or integration experience.
Understanding of the
systems engineering lifecycle
.
Experience with
Linux/Windows environments
and basic networking.
Scripting abilities (Python, Bash, PowerShell preferred).
Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.

Nice to Have

Experience with
cloud platforms
(AWS, Azure, GCP).
Exposure to
DevOps/CI-CD tools
(Docker, Jenkins, GitLab CI, Kubernetes).
Monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk).
Certifications: INCOSE ASEP, AWS Associate, Security+, etc.
