Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Full Stack Developer at TESON in Thane (Mumbai Suburb). As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for both front-end and back-end web development, software development. You will work on implementing and maintaining software initiatives to meet our customer's needs. Qualifications Front-End Development Skills: Expertise in React, Next.js, and Vue.js for building scalable and performant web apps Experience with TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), and state management tools like Redux Solid grasp of HTML5, CSS3, SASS/SCSS, and responsive design frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS Hands-on experience with Flutter and React Native for cross-platform mobile development Understanding of component-based architecture, performance optimization, lazy loading, and SSR (Server-Side Rendering) Knowledge of UI testing frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress Back-End Development Skills: Back-End Web Development and Software Development skills Proficiency in Django, Laravel, Node.js, and Electron Experience in asynchronous processing (e.g., Celery with Redis, Node.js queues) Familiarity with database design using PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or SQLite Understanding of unit testing, integration testing, and test-driven development (TDD) DevOps & Deployment Skills Proficient in using Git, GitHub/GitLab, and managing version control workflows Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, DigitalOcean, or Heroku Basic server setup, deployment, and environment configuration (e.g., Nginx, PM2) General Skills: Full-Stack Development experience Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent teamwork and communication skills Ability to adapt to new technologies and frameworks Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field- Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus Show more Show less
