About the Role We are hiring a MERN Stack Developer who can build custom e-commerce websites from scratch using React, Node.js, Express, and MongoDB. Candidate must have strong logical skills, API development skills, and must be able to create custom features (not only template-based websites). --- Key Responsibilities Develop full-stack projects using React (Front-end) and Node.js + Express (Back-end) Build custom e-commerce modules: User login/register Product listing + filtering Cart system Checkout + payment gateway Admin panel Order management Inventory management Design scalable APIs for mobile & web Work with MongoDB for database design, queries, indexing Integrate Razorpay / Paytm / Stripe payment gateways Create responsive UI with Tailwind / Bootstrap Write clean & reusable code Maintain, debug & upgrade existing projects Deploy applications on AWS / DigitalOcean / Render / Vercel Version control with Git & GitHub --- Required Technical Skills Front-End (React) React.js (Hooks, Context API, Redux) Next.js (optional but preferred) HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+) Responsive UI, Tailwind CSS / Bootstrap Back-End (Node.js + Express) REST API development Authentication (JWT, OAuth) Role-based access Error handling & middleware API security Database (MongoDB) Schema design Aggregation Indexes Mongoose ORM Performance optimisation Other Must-Know Git & GitHub Basic DevOps Cloud deployment Payment gateway integration Third-party API integrations --- Preferred Skills (Bonus) TypeScript Socket.io Docker AWS services Microservices E-commerce platforms experience
