We're looking for a proactive learner who wants to master the full spectrum of growth from cold outreach to running Meta ads to building engaged communities. You'll work directly with the founding team across multiple product lines, getting hands-on experience that typically takes years to accumulate elsewhere. This isn't a "sit and wait for instructions" role. You'll own outcomes, experiment fast, and learn by doing. What You'll DoSales & Business Development Learn and execute B2B and B2C sales cycles from prospecting to closing Build relationships with SMBs, enterprise clients, and government bodies Manage CRM, track pipelines, and hit monthly targets Support pilot program outreach to enterprise partners Performance Marketing Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn) Analyze ad performance, A/B test creatives, and manage budgets Collaborate on landing pages, funnels, and conversion optimization Community Building & Content Grow and engage communities on LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other platforms Support content creation for social media, email campaigns, and educational series Gather customer feedback and translate it into product/marketing insights Who You AreGenuinely curious about sales, marketing, and how businesses grow Comfortable with ambiguity—you figure things out rather than wait for answers Strong written and verbal communication in English (Hindi/Telugu a plus) Basic familiarity with tools like Excel, Canva, or social media schedulers Prior internship or project experience in sales/marketing is a bonus, not a requirement What You'll LearnEnd-to-end sales processes for SaaS, IoT, and GovTech products Running and scaling performance marketing campaigns Community-led growth strategies Working directly with founders and enterprise clients
