Job Description We are seeking to onboard two skilled and motivated Full-Stack Software Development Engineers (SDEs) as outsourced resources to work with our internal product development teams. The ideal candidates will have a strong foundation in both frontend and backend technologies, and the ability to contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle. Candidates with DevOps knowledge or hands-on experience with AWS/GCP will be given preference. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web and mobile applications. Build user interfaces using React.js and/or React Native. Develop robust server-side applications using Java, Python, or Node.js. Implement APIs, integrate with third-party services, and ensure security best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Designers, QA, and DevOps engineers. Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies. Troubleshoot issues across the stack and support production releases. Work with cloud services like AWS or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) for deployments and infrastructure management. Required Skills Frontend Technologies: Strong experience in React.js, React Native. Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern UI/UX principles. Backend Technologies: Hands-on experience with Java, Python, or Node.js. Experience in developing RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. DevOps (Preferred but not mandatory): Exposure to AWS or GCP environments. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, or Infrastructure as Code tools is a plus. Desired Candidate Profile 2 to 15 years of relevant experience in full-stack development. Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related technical field. Strong problem-solving skills and a team-oriented mindset. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Prior experience working with agile methodologies is preferred.
