We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with hands-on experience in healthcare application development. The candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining clinical modules, operational dashboards, and internal workflow applications.
• Design, develop, and maintain hospital web applications using ReactJS, C# .NET, Node.js, and MySQL/MSSQL.
• Build and enhance modules such as OP/IP workflows, billing, EMR, laboratory interfaces, pharmacy, radiology, HRMS workflows, or doctor/clinical dashboards.
• Integrate applications with hospital systems (HMS, LIS, RIS, PACS, IoT devices, biometric devices, payment gateways, etc.).
• Work with clinical, operations, and management teams to understand requirements and deliver optimized solutions.
• Develop REST APIs and ensure smooth data exchange between systems.
• Handle database design, query optimization, stored procedures, and data integrity.
• Troubleshoot application issues, debug errors, and ensure uninterrupted system functionality.
• Participate in version control, testing cycles, deployment, and documentation.
• Build responsive UI screens and workflows for internal hospital operations.
• Conduct data analysis for MIS reports, dashboards, and audit requirements.
• Strong proficiency in ReactJS (hooks, components, state management).
• Experience with C# .NET (Web API / MVC).
• Good knowledge of MySQL and MSSQL databases.
• Experience with Node.js and PHP is an added advantage.
• Understanding of healthcare workflows, especially HMS/HIS modules.
• Knowledge in Big Data analysis.
• Experience in API integrations and third-party services.
• Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
