Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Chennai for a Soft Skills Trainer at MGM Healthcare. The Soft Skills Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs to enhance communication, interpersonal skills, leadership, and teamwork among employees. They will assess training needs, develop curriculum, facilitate training sessions, and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering soft skills training
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills
• Ability to assess training needs and develop curriculum
• Facilitation and evaluation skills
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Education, or related field
