Job Description: Full Stack Developer – Onsite (Dehradun)

About the Role

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in JavaScript-based technologies, proficient in building and maintaining scalable web applications from front to back. The ideal candidate should have experience with React/Next.js for frontend and Node.js/Express.js for backend, along with knowledge of deployment practices and API integrations. This is a full-time, onsite role designed for individuals passionate about building high-performance, production-ready applications in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using React.js/Next.js (frontend) and Node.js/Express.js (backend).

- Build and integrate RESTful APIs & GraphQL endpoints to ensure seamless communication between client and server.

- Develop responsive, cross-browser compatible, and mobile-friendly web interfaces.

- Implement authentication, authorization, and secure data handling (JWT/OAuth).

- Manage databases (MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL), including schema design, queries, and optimization.

- Deploy applications on cloud environments (AWS, Vercel, DigitalOcean, or similar) with CI/CD pipelines.

- Optimize performance for both frontend (bundle size, caching, lazy loading) and backend (query optimization, API response times).

- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices (ESLint, Prettier, modular architecture).

- Work with Git/GitHub for version control and participate in code reviews.

- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across the stack.

- Collaborate with designers, QA engineers, and product managers to deliver quality products on time.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 6 months to 2 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and hands-on experience with Node.js & Express.js (backend) and React.js/Next.js (frontend).

- Familiarity with TypeScript is a plus.

- Experience with databases (MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL) and ORM tools (Mongoose, Prisma, Sequelize).

- Understanding of API development & integration (REST & GraphQL).

- Familiarity with state management (Redux, Context API, or Zustand).

- Experience in authentication & authorization using JWT, OAuth, or Passport.js.

- Knowledge of deployment tools (Docker, PM2, Nginx) and cloud platforms (AWS, Vercel, DigitalOcean).

- Basic understanding of unit testing and integration testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Cypress).

- Proficiency in working with Git/GitHub branching workflows.

- Strong problem-solving skills, debugging expertise, and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

Good to Have (Optional)

- Knowledge of WebSockets/Socket.IO for real-time communication.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines for automated builds and deployments.

- Familiarity with serverless architecture (AWS Lambda, Cloud Functions).

- Basic knowledge of containerization (Docker) and reverse proxies (Nginx).

- Experience working with environment variables, API keys, and secure configuration management.
