Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end HR operations: onboarding, employee engagement, payroll assistance
• Maintain and organize employee records, documentation, and HR compliance
• Resolve employee queries, track attendance, and support a positive work culture
• Coordinate internal events, team-building activities, and performance feedback cycles
• Support recruitment efforts including job posting, shortlisting, and interviews
• Assist founders in strategic planning related to HR functions
• Assist in proposal writing, presentations, and business strategy
• Attend meetings, networking events, and client discussions as needed
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sense of ownership and willingness to learn fast
• Ability to work across functions and manage multiple responsibilities
• A positive, proactive, and solution-oriented attitude
• Basic understanding of either HR processes and business/client interactions

Eligibility:

• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience may apply
• Must be available for full-time, onsite work from our Dehradun office
