HR & Business Operations Associate

Nexzem Technologies is actively seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join us in a dual-capability role that spans both HR and Business Development . This position is ideal for freshers who are open to wearing multiple hats and eager to learn across departments in a fast-growing tech startup environment. You’ll be involved in core team operations that include employee engagement , recruitment , internal coordination , and client outreach — giving you exposure to both people operations and business strategy . Key Responsibilities: Assist in HR operations such as onboarding, documentation, attendance, and employee engagement Maintain employee records and help ensure HR compliance Support recruitment by helping with job postings, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews Coordinate team-building activities, internal events, and culture-building efforts Generate leads and assist in outreach to potential clients or partners Attend meetings or events, take notes, and support proposal or pitch preparations Maintain tracking sheets for recruitment and business development efforts Collaborate with the founders and core team to align HR and BD efforts with company goals Who We’re Looking For: Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage tasks across HR and business domains Eagerness to learn, take ownership, and work with minimal supervision A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a positive attitude Comfortable with interacting professionally with both internal teams and external stakeholders Eligibility: Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience Must be based in or willing to relocate to Dehradun Full-time availability for onsite work Perks & Growth: Fixed monthly salary with growth opportunities Direct mentorship from the core team and founders Real exposure to both people and business functions Fast-paced startup environment with lots of learning Opportunities to explore and shape your long-term interest in HR, business, or operations How to Apply: If you're looking to kickstart your career in a role that gives you broad exposure and real responsibilities from Day 1 — we’d love to hear from you.
