In this role, you’ll design, build, and scale the systems that power NavGurukul’s learning and community platforms. You’ll work across the stack — from intuitive frontends to resilient backends collaborating with product, design, AI/ML teams to launch impactful features, drive engineering excellence, and build for scale, security, and performance. You’ll also mentor developers, guide architecture decisions, and shape our evolving technology stack.

What You’ll Be Doing

• You will design, architect, and ship full-stack applications that are fast, reliable, and human-centered.

• You will build responsive, component-driven frontends using modern frameworks (React.js/Next.js/Vue) and craft robust backends with Node.js, Express, or Python (Flask/Django).

• You will develop and maintain RESTful and GraphQL APIs, integrate third-party services, and ensure seamless data flow across systems.

• You will design and optimize relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB) for scalability, reliability, and performance.

• You will implement DevOps practices — automate deployments, set up CI/CD pipelines, and monitor production systems to ensure high availability.

• You will uphold engineering best practices through clean, well-documented code, code reviews, and a security-first mindset.

• You will collaborate cross-functionally with design, product, and data teams to translate user needs into scalable technical solutions.

• You will mentor junior developers and foster a culture of learning, collaboration, and technical excellence.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong programming skills across front-end (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js/Next.js) and back-end (Node.js, Express, Python, Django/Flask).

• Expertise in designing and integrating RESTful APIs; familiarity with GraphQL is a plus.

• Hands-on experience with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).

• Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or similar), version control (Git), and CI/CD workflows.Familiarity with containerization and DevOps tooling (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Ability to write secure, efficient, and well-tested production-grade code.

• A solid grasp of UI/UX principles, performance optimization, and modern web architecture.

• A collaborative, growth-oriented mindset with curiosity to explore and learn.

• Bonus: experience mentoring engineers, contributing to open-source projects, or building community-facing technology.

Years of experience:

We are hiring at all levels, from engineers with 2+ years of experience to senior leadership/CTO. What matters most is strong real-world Full stack Experience.
