Job Description

We are looking at Full Stack Developer who is versatile in both front-end and back-end development, capable of building web applications from scratch

One should work on all layers of a software application, including the user interface, server logic, databases, and APIs.

Reporting to Manager (Technology)

Role And Responsibilities

Assist in the implementation, management, and maintenance of technology projects.

Collaborate with team members, including the Head of Technology, project managers (PMs), and state leads, on technology projects.

Support the design and delivery of software solutions by providing technical assistance.

Contribute to business process improvements related to technical applications and systems development.

Work diligently to meet project milestones and deadlines.

Interact with cross-functional teams and end-users to understand and establish project requirements.

Learn and follow engineering best practices, technology trends, tools, and frameworks.

Undertake any additional tasks and responsibilities as required by the organization.

Requirements

Qualification :

Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.

Candidates with 2-3 years of relevant experience in technology projects.

Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and an interest in documentation.

Teamwork and an eagerness to contribute to projects in a collaborative environment.

Passion for working in the social sector is an added advantage.

Technical Skills

A strong technical aptitude and eagerness to learn new software and tools.

Hands-on experience with programming languages like JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and frameworks such as Angular/React and Node.js.

Hands-on experience of working with C#/Java

Understanding of version control systems like Git.

Basic knowledge of databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL.

Basic knowledge of building SaaS applications.

Exposure to Linux and scripting is a plus

Willingness to learn DevOps basics for SaaS product deployment on AWS.
