Role Description NavGurukul is hiring for the Code India Fellowship - Campus , a full-time, on-site opportunity located in Raipur (and other campuses). This unique fellowship invites BTech graduates and 3rd/4th-year BTech students to mentor young women in coding and help shape the future of inclusive tech education. You’ll be responsible for mentoring students in programming, media, design, finance, and management. The role includes curriculum development and delivery, conducting workshops, providing one-on-one mentorship, evaluating student progress, and collaborating on community-building activities. Stipend: ₹25,000/month for Fellows and ₹15,000/month for Interns (with free food and accommodation ) Locations: Bengaluru, Pune, Dharamsala, Jashpur, Udaipur, Raipur, Dantewada, Kishanganj Internship-to-Fellowship Pathway: Interns can transition into full-time Fellows based on performance.
