What Will You Get to Do Here?

• Product Strategy & Roadmap Development:

   Collaborate with the leadership team to define the product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with NavGurukul’s mission and objectives. Develop and maintain product roadmaps catering to our students, mentors, and operational teams.

• Stakeholder Collaboration:

   Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, curriculum, and operations, to gather requirements, prioritize features, and ensure seamless product execution.

• User-Centric Approach:

   Conduct research and collect feedback from students, mentors, and stakeholders to understand their challenges. Use these insights to drive product improvements and introduce new features that enhance learning experiences.

• Documentation:

   Develop clear and detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) to communicate specifications effectively with the development team.

• Project Management:

   Oversee product development from ideation to launch, ensuring timely and high-quality deliveries. Monitor progress and pivot strategies as needed to meet project goals.

• Performance Monitoring:

   Analyze product performance metrics post-launch to measure success, identify areas for improvement, and ensure user satisfaction.

• Innovation & Scalability:

   Continuously seek ways to enhance product offerings that support the expansion of NavGurukul’s impact and improve operational efficiencies.

• Ownership & Accountability:

   Take full responsibility for the success or failure of our products, ensuring they drive value and achieve strategic objectives.

Compensation:

This role is for a dedicated professional eager to leverage their expertise and passion for impactful work. As a non-profit, our salaries are significantly lower than corporate standards, with many senior members accepting pay cuts of 60-80%. However, we offer purpose-driven work, a collaborative team environment, and the opportunity to create a meaningful impact at scale.
