Full Stack Developer

Role Overview

As a Full Stack Developer – Custom AI Applications, you will design and develop interactive applications, AI-backed dashboards, and customized AI agents for specific business use cases. This role also involves leveraging data analytics to enhance insights and may extend to leading a product team dedicated to AI-driven applications.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered dashboards and applications tailored to diverse use cases.

Integrate AI/ML frameworks (LangChain, Rasa, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, etc.) into production-grade applications.

Build scalable APIs and backend services to support frontend and AI functionalities.

Ensure seamless data integration and flow between frontend, backend, and AI systems.

Apply data analytics techniques to extract actionable insights, visualize trends, and improve AI-driven decision-making.

Collaborate with business teams to understand client-facing needs and translate them into functional applications.

Optimize applications for high performance, scalability, and security.

Contribute to architecture design, code reviews, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

4–10 years of experience in full-stack development and/or AI/ML application development.

Proficiency in Python (preferred), and JavaScript/TypeScript (Node.js, React, or Next.js).

Strong understanding of frontend frameworks (React, Next.js, Angular, or Vue).

Hands-on experience with AI bot frameworks (Rasa, LangChain, Haystack, Dialogflow).

Familiarity with NLP, LLMs (OpenAI, HuggingFace, Anthropic), and integrating them into applications.

Strong knowledge of Data Analytics – data processing, visualization, and reporting (Pandas, NumPy, Plotly, Power BI, or Tableau).

Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and API development.

Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).

Bonus Skills

Experience in building SaaS, RaaS (Research-as-a-Service), dashboards, or enterprise-grade applications.

UI/UX design capabilities for intuitive AI and data-driven applications.

Understanding of IP/legal domain data (preferred but not mandatory).
