About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic, multi-skilled Tech Specialist who can independently own and execute end-to-end digital product development. This role requires strong abilities across UX, CRM management, front-end & back-end development, and mobile app development (Android & iOS). You will work closely with business, marketing, and product teams to build seamless user experiences and high-performing digital assets.

Key Responsibilities

1. UX & UI Design
- Conduct user research, define user flows, wireframes, and high fidelity prototypes.- Ensure intuitive, user-friendly experiences across web and mobile.- Collaborate with teams to refine UX based on analytics and user feedback.

2. Website Development (New & Existing)
- Develop and maintain responsive websites using modern front-end and back-end technologies.- Optimize site performance, SEO, loading speed, and overall functionality.- Implement new modules, features, and integrations as needed.

3. Mobile App Development
- Build and deploy high-performing mobile apps for Android and iOS.- Manage end-to-end development: architecture, UI, backend integration, testing, deployment.- Experience with cross-platform frameworks such as Flutter or React Native preferred.

4. CRM Management
- Maintain and optimize CRM workflows, automations, segmentation, and integrations.- Build dashboards, manage customer data hygiene, ensure consistency across channels.- Work with marketing teams to enable campaigns, lead flows, and tracking.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable tech solutions.- Troubleshoot issues, manage deployments, ensure uptime & reliability.

Required Skills & Competencies Technical Skills
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, or similar tech stacks.- Experience with backend frameworks (Node, Django, Laravel, etc.).- Strong in databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB.- Experience with Flutter or React Native for mobile apps.- Knowledge of UX principles and responsive design.- CRM experience: HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or equivalents.- Understanding of APIs, integrations, and cloud services (AWS, Firebase, GCP).

Soft Skills -
-Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.- Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.- Excellent communication and documentation skills.- Ownership mindset with strong attention to detail.

Good to Have
- Experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make).- Experience with Figma or Adobe XD.- E-commerce system knowledge (Shopify, WooCommerce).- Experience with Git/GitHub.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
