Customer Service

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and empathetic Customer Service Executive to handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a smooth post-sales experience. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, especially in the home appliance or water softener industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming customer calls, messages, and emails regarding product information, service requests, and complaints
• Register service complaints and coordinate with the technician team for timely resolutions
• Maintain records of customer interactions, issues, and feedback using CRM software
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction after service completion
• Handle installation and service appointment scheduling
• Educate customers on product usage, maintenance, and warranty policies
• Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department for quick resolution
• Support internal teams with customer insights and service trends

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a product-based or appliance company
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (regional language is a plus)
• Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused attitude
• Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in handling service-related queries for appliances or hardware products
• Basic knowledge of technical troubleshooting
• Ability to work collaboratively with field teams

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
