About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to manage customer queries through chat and provide accurate written resolutions. The ideal candidate should have strong written communication skills and the ability to support both service and sales-related inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through chat in a prompt and professional manner.
• Provide accurate, clear, and grammatically correct written resolutions.
• Assist customers with both service and sales-related requests.
• Maintain customer satisfaction by ensuring timely follow-ups and issue resolution.
• Adhere to quality guidelines and achieve required productivity targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently.

• Strong written English communication skills (C1 level; error-free grammar).
• Educational Qualification: 10+3 Diploma / HSC / Any Graduate.
• Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
• Ability to work in 24/7 rotational shifts.
