About The Role

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer who can confidently contribute across the stack — from building intuitive user interfaces to designing robust APIs and backend services. You will play a key role in developing scalable, modular web applications using React, Next.js, and Node.js, and work with modern architectures including microfrontends, SSR, and API integrations.This is a high-impact role that will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to ship performant, production-ready features across both frontend and backend layers.

RESPONSIBILITIES: *
Design and develop end-to-end features across the stack using React, Next.js, Redux, Node.js, and supporting technologies
Build and maintain RESTful APIs, business logic, and data models for scalable backend services
Implement and manage Server-Side Rendering (SSR) and microfrontend architecture to support modular frontend development
Optimize application performance across both client and server with tools like Webpack, caching strategies, and profiling
Work with third-party APIs and services (e.g., calendar integrations like Vyte)
Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and QA engineers to translate product requirements into technical implementations
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code across both frontend and backend
Participate in code reviews, architectural decisions, and ongoing process improvements

Requirements

2–5 years of experience in a full stack engineering role
Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, with hands-on experience in React, Next.js, and Redux
Solid backend development experience with Node.js and Express or similar frameworks
Understanding of SSR, web performance optimization, and scalable frontend architecture
Experience working with databases like MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or equivalent
Familiarity with Git-based workflows, CI/CD, and Agile development methodologies
Ability to think holistically across the stack and work comfortably on both frontend and backend systems

Good To Have

Exposure to microfrontend architecture and modular deployments
Experience with Webpack, Vite, or other modern frontend build tools
Familiarity with scheduling APIs (like Vyte) or calendar integrations
Knowledge of containerization, cloud platforms (AWS, Vercel), or serverless backends
Working knowledge of GoLang or willingness to pick it up for select services
Experience with GraphQL or WebSockets is a plus
