Full Stack Automation Developer

in-house telecom testing and AI-powered automation platform

You will lead the design and development of the full stack — from orchestration and data processing to modern dashboards, visual analytics, and AI-driven insights.

You’ll collaborate with TestFyra architects, telecom specialists, and data engineers to turn complex network data into actionable, visually intuitive intelligence.

• Architect and implement scalable frontend and backend microservices for test orchestration, handset UI automation, telemetry, and data ingestion.
• Develop control agents for Android/IoT devices to perform automated calls, SMS, and KPI collection, UI interaction automation
• Build 

  modern, responsive front-end dashboards

   for test execution, anomaly visualisation, and AI Copilot interaction.
• Design and connect REST/gRPC APIs to dynamic React-based interfaces.
• Integrate 

  AI/ML features

   for anomaly detection, pattern recognition, and LLM-based test authoring.
• Deploy and maintain cloud/on-prem infrastructure with Kubernetes, Helm, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ensure UI/UX quality through usability, performance, and accessibility best practices.

• Model evaluation, guardrails, and LLM safety

• Docker / Kubernetes / Helm / ArgoCD / Terraform / GitHub Actions
• GitOps deployment, RBAC, Vault/Sealed Secrets
• Observability and CI/CD best practices

• Appium, Robot framework, UI automation
• Android ADB automation, AT-command IoT modules
• Raspberry Pi / mini-PC test nodes
• PCAP capture / Wireshark / tshark / network analysis

• Experience creating plugin/SDK ecosystems
• Familiarity with Nokia / Ericsson / Keysight / Spirent tools
• Knowledge of RAN simulation (srsRAN, SDR)
• Strong sense for
