As we expand, we’re seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth, build strategic partnerships, and open new market opportunities.

Role Overview

As our Business Development Manager, you will:

Identify & Qualify Opportunities

  • Map out high-potential verticals (telecom operators, cloud service providers, AI and SaaS vendors).
  • Conduct market research on emerging testing requirements in 5G/6G, cloud-native telecoms, AI model validation, and rapid application development.

Strategic Partnerships

  • Build alliances with technology vendors (e.g., open-source testing tool maintainers, infrastructure providers) and system integrators.
  • Negotiate reseller, OEM, and co-marketing agreements to expand Testfyra’s market presence.

Sales Enablement & Pipeline Growth

  • Develop targeted value propositions and sales collateral for each market segment.
  • Manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting and demos to proposals and deal closure.
  • Collaborate with Solutions Architects to design pilot projects and proofs of concept.

Thought Leadership & Market Intelligence

  • Stay informed on trends in AI-driven test automation, quantum-resistant network protocols, and DevTestOps workflows.
  • Represent Testfyra at conferences, webinars, and through whitepapers and industry publications.

Revenue Target Ownership

  • Define, track, and achieve quarterly and annual revenue objectives.
  • Report on key performance indicators including pipeline velocity, win rates, and average deal size.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Have

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B technology business development or sales, ideally within telecoms, cloud infrastructure, or testing tools.
  • Proven success in closing complex, enterprise-level deals.
  • Strong professional network across telecom operators, cloud vendors, and system integrators.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Genuine curiosity for emerging technologies such as AI/ML testing frameworks, SaaS delivery models, and open-source toolchains.

Nice-to-Have

  • Understanding of telecom standards (3GPP, ETSI NFV/SDN) and testing frameworks (ETSI TTA, ITU-T).
  • Familiarity with Agile development and CI/CD processes.
  • MBA or equivalent business qualification.
