Role Overview

Trainer

Franchise Support Program (FSP)

Hospitality, F&B, Beauty, Wellness, and Retail

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct onboarding and ongoing training for franchise partners and internal teams.
• Create and update SOPs, operational manuals, and process documentation.
• Assess partner performance and provide structured feedback.
• Ensure franchise compliance with brand guidelines and operational standards.
• Work with business and operations teams to identify and address training gaps.
• Prepare reports and track performance metrics for training outcomes.
  

Requirements

Must-Have:

• 3–6 years of experience as a Trainer / Franchise Trainer / Business Coach in Franchise, Hospitality, F&B, Wellness, or Retail sectors.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in SOP creation and operational training.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Mumbai-based (Santacruz preferred).
• Age: Up to 40 years.
  

Preferred

• Experience in luxury, lifestyle, or startup environments.
• Certification in Training or Learning & Development (added advantage).
