Job Description

Conduct onboarding and ongoing training for franchise partners and internal teams.
Create and update SOPs, operational manuals, and process documentation.
Assess partner performance and provide structured feedback.
Ensure franchise compliance with brand guidelines and operational standards.
Work with business and operations teams to identify and address training gaps.
Prepare reports and track performance metrics for training outcomes.

Requirements

Must-Have:

3-6 years of experience as a Trainer / Franchise Trainer / Business Coach in Franchise, Hospitality, F&B, Wellness , or Retail sectors.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Experience in SOP creation and operational training.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Mumbai-based (Santacruz preferred).
Age: Up to 40 years.

Preferred:

Experience in luxury, lifestyle, or startup environments.
Certification in Training or Learning & Development (added advantage)
