Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Delhi, India. The selected candidate will be responsible for daily tasks involving curriculum development, training delivery, and engaging with engineering students. Additional responsibilities include working closely with academic staff, conducting sessions on employability skills, and fostering partnerships between industry and academia. The role involves ensuring that students acquire a strong foundation of technical and professional capabilities.

Qualifications

• Expertise in curriculum development and instructional design
• Strong skills in training, mentoring, and communication
• Ability to engage and motivate students towards achieving their career goals
• Industry knowledge to bridge the gap between practical learning and employability
• Proficiency in working collaboratively with academic and industry stakeholders
• Previous experience in edtech, education, or related fields is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Education, or related fields, with a preference for advanced certifications
