As we scale, we’re looking for a passionate Full Stack Engineer to help us architect, build, and deliver enterprise-grade SaaS products—working at the intersection of UX, data, and cutting-edge backend systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and implement intuitive, scalable, and responsive frontend applications.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Document and communicate design and technical decisions effectively (design docs, sessions).
• Drive sprint planning for frontend tasks, ensuring accurate scoping and milestone delivery.
• Proactively identify gaps in requirements, inconsistencies, and technical limitations in the frontend scope.
• Mentor junior frontend developers through code reviews, pairing, and design feedback.
• Stay ahead of emerging frontend technologies and incorporate them thoughtfully into the stack.
• Participate in architectural reviews, influencing UX/UI consistency and frontend frameworks across teams.

Key Requirements

• 6–9 years of frontend development experience with React.js/Next.js, TypeScript/JavaScript (ES6+).
• Strong foundation in state management (Redux, Context API, or similar).
• Expertise in building responsive, accessible, and performant UIs.
• Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, etc.).
• Strong debugging skills, especially in optimizing frontend performance.
• Proven ability to scope complex features into achievable deliverables.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with modern UI frameworks (TailwindCSS, shadcn/ui, or Material UI).
• Exposure to data visualization tools (D3.js, Chart.js, React Flow).
• Experience integrating with RESTful/GraphQL APIs.
• Prior experience mentoring engineers and shaping frontend best practices.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, frontend build tools, and modern deployment practices.
